VIDEO: BREK SHEA IS BACK!!! Scores for USMNT

Okay that’s a little hyperbolic but Brek Shea has been missing from the USMNT for a while. Shea only had two caps last year and was never really a candidate for a World Cup spot. He is back with a new club team, Orlando City, and was invited back to camp. If the first six minutes of the Chile/USA game is any indication, Shea seemed itching to make an impression.

What’s important was the pass from Matt Besler was just as good as the shot itself. Besler, who is playing further left than he’s used to with this 3-5-2 formation placed an impeccable pass right to Shea’s feet to calmly put it away without too much trouble.

About four minutes later, Chile equalized with an equally nice goal. A header right in the box. Seeing that goal, the USMNT needs to quickly find an answer to Chile’s speed with this three man back.
