Because I feel like depressing myself and everybody else today, current French enemy Zlatan Ibrahimovic took good care of his soccer ball by giving it a first class airplane seat on the flight back to his native Sweden.

Ibrahimovic scored his first Ligue 1 hat trick against Lorient and received the ball from the game. Ibrahimovic had a bit of fun on the way back to Sweden and took to his Instagram account to ease concerns that the ball was in any sort of distress.

For those of you who are wondering where the ball is…

First of all, I am shocked that in 87 games, this is Ibrahimovic’s first Ligue 1 hat trick but sure enough, it was. Second and most important, we can all get through our day by knowing Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s soccer ball is safe and sound.
