Two red cards in the span of three minutes occurred close to the end of the half during the Crystal Palace/Chelsea game. The first, Cesar Azpilicueta goes studs up to the ankle and earns a straight red card.
Then, three minutes later, Damien Delaney impedes Loic Remy’s progress to earn his second yellow and made things 10 v 10. Yeah, Remy dove but that was a textbook yellow. Delaney is impeding progress. Whether or not Remy goes down, it should be a yellow card so both were great calls.
