UEFA Releasing Champions League Intro Means It’s Almost Here!

It is almost here, THE CHAMPIONS!!! UEFA met Friday for the Third Qualifying Round draw of the UEFA Champions League and Europa League as well as release the new intro video. Like any classic piece of music that accompanies a sporting event, the UEFA Champions League theme is synonymous with the best in club soccer. That and us hearing a chorus singing “THE CHAMPIONS” over and over during the commercial breaks.

Also as a bonus, here is the new intro video for the Europa League. It’s obviously not as well known as the Champions League and it is also very much more contemporary than its predecessor.

The important thing to remember is it’s almost here! The club season in the main European leagues start August 8 with the English Premier League and the Champions League Group Stage start September 15.
