VIDEO: Juan Mata gets great pass from Herrera, Manchester United takes 1-0 lead on Liverpool

Juan Mata has given Manchester United the 1-0 lead, thanks to a terrific Ander Herrera through ball. Mata took advantage of Alberto Moreno being out of position and being onside from the opposite of the field. Herrera found the alley, passed it to Mata and Mata finished the job.

Manchester United is currently leading 1-0 in the first half and they have had just about total control of the game. Man United has possession in the 60 percent range and Liverpool is playing like they did in the beginning of the Swansea game. They struggled for the majority of the game and pulled it out at the end after a great managerial job by Brendan Rodgers. Liverpool may be able to get away with that against Swansea but not against Manchester United.

Manchester United is playing like they have when they dominated 3-0 against Tottenham. It really makes sense, both lineups are the same. Remains to be seen if Liverpool can come back or Manchester United extends their lead and really make Anfield cry.
