VIDEO: Luis Suarez appears to bite Italy’s Chiellini

Luis Suarez had been a good boy on the pitch for the vast majority of the 2013-14 English Premier League Season, but the Uruguayan striker couldn’t make it through the group stages of the 2014 World Cup without behaving badly. By behaving badly we mean apparently biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini in the late stages of the last Group D match for both teams.

While the video evidence isn’t 100 percent clear, it certainly appeared to be Suarez taking a bite out Chiellini’s shoulder to attempt and draw a reaction from the defender. Suarez ate an elbow for his efforts and if proven by another look, this would be Suarez’s third biting incident in his career.
