Behold, the FAT GUY TOUCHDOWN to beat in 2013

Earlier in the day we had a look at what may be the catch of the year when Tennessee freshman receiver Marquez North made this catch. Now we may have a leading candidate for fat guy touchdown of the year.

Fresno State left tackle Austin Wentworth found himself on the receiving end of a hook and ladder play against Cal Poly that nobody would have ever seen coming. It is the kind of play you can probably get away with against an FCS opponent when you already have a pretty decent lead, which is why this may be a tough play to beat in the competition for top fat guy touchdown this season.

Will anyone beat that this season? Probably not.
