Happy 40th, Tim Duncan

On Sunday night in Memphis, Tim Duncan tied former teammate Robert Horry for second most playoff victories of all time (155). The next day Old Man Riverwalk celebrated his 40th birthday, probably by practicing his bank shot and eating pre-chewed carrot cake. Seriously though, Duncan has been the face of the Spurs since the Clinton administration. We asked readers to share their favorite memories of Father Time through the years, and here’s what we got.

Thanks to everyone who responded! Here are a few more memories, moments, and birthday wishes:

Tim Duncan has been hooping for a long time, so it’s impossible to cram every great moment from his Hall-of-Fame career into one post, but check back later today for more on Duncan turning the big 40. Keep tweeting your memories @projectspurs, and we’ll share our favorite pictures, videos, and stories about the Big Fundamental throughout the day.
