Introducing: CHIKARA

CHIKARA is an independent wrestling company that was founded in 2002 by wrestlers Mike Quackenbush and Reckless Youth. CHIKARA is a lucha-based promotion that features “family friendly” entertainment. This list of wrestlers who have set foot in a CHIKARA ring is impressive and includes Adrian Neville (Pac), Cesaro, Chris Hero, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Kevin Owens, Luke Harper, Ricochet, Sami Zayn (El Generico), Sean Waltman and Tommy Dreamer and such international stars as the Great Sasuke, Johnny Saint, Jushin Thunder Liger, Kota Ibushi, La Parka,  Milano Collection AT and Rey Bucanero.

CHIKARA is probably unlike any wrestling that you’ve every seen. They have an active Youtube Channel that has over 15,000 subscribers and also have a retail DVD available from the likes of Amazon that features Chris Hero, Cesaro (Claudio Castagnoli) and Mike Quakenbush among others.

Here’s the latest episode of their CHIKARA Podcast-A-Go-Go which features an awesome opening and underneath it you can find a match between Mike Quakenbush and the artist formerly known as Claudio Castagnoli (Cesaro) and I’ve also included a 4-way match between Jigsaw, Nick Jackson (Young Bucks), El Generico (Sami Zayn) and Kota Ibushi…
