The NHL lockout comes to Taiwan
From fellow Bloguin blog Days of Y'Orr comes the latest in Tiawanese animation of current events; this time it's a sharp take on the NHL lockout.
Some highlights include an owner guy besting Claude Giroux in a poutine eating contest (I assume it's Giroux - poutine and a Flyers jersey? Who else?), a goalie wearing a football helmet, owners partying with strippers, Henrik Lundqvist in his fancy sportscar, and Ilya Kovalchuk and Shea Weber all gift-wrapped in a Tiffany box for an owner.
Honestly, aside from the football helmet and the fact that the Avalanche do have a logo on their jerseys, this whole thing is shockingly accurate.
