Blue Jackets’ helmet has “Clumbus” typo

Move over Perds, there's a new typo in town. The Columbus Blue Jackets sported their alternate uniforms on Saturday night and things went pretty well as the club cruised to a 5-2 victory over the New York Islanders. There was just one humorous problem.

As seen in this photo of Michael Chaput, the Columbus on his helmet was missing the rather important "O" and instead read Clumbus. It appears Chaput's helmet was the only one with the blunder, but it's still pretty funny.

Thanks to Union & Blue for highlighting another NHL team falling victim to a typo.
