Martin Brodeur credited with a goal in his first game back

Martin Brodeur has scored three goals in his career, including the playoffs. Thursday night, Marty was credited with a goal in his first game back from injury against the Carolina Hurricanes. He was the last Devil to touch the puck before a horrible miscue by the 'Canes.

Brodeur was given credit for the goal. It wasn't one of Brodeur's best goals, but hey, a goal is a goal in the NHL. Marty comes back, and New Jersey's offensive problems are fixed. That's not how it's supposed to work, but whatever.
