Colin Hanks isn’t happy with the Kings’ media coverage

Colin Hanks isn’t too pleased with the amount of media coverage the LA Kings are receiving. He took to Twitter to express his displeasure. Here’s an image of the Tweet in case he decides to remove it.

Do you agree with the younger Hanks? He may have a point, but his anger should be focused on the local media in California continually butchering Kings stories and constantly referring to them incorrectly as the Sacramento Kings.

Actually, ESPN does that pretty often too.

Maybe he’s just upset that the biggest sports stories are about a guy’s trip to Las Vegas (Johnny Manziel) and fabricated story lines as opposed to sports that are actually playing.

Hanks’ Tweet won’t go over well for fans in smaller markets. NBC may not focus on the Kings as much as they discuss the Detroit Red Wings, Pittsburgh Penguins and Chicago Blackhawks, but the smaller markets have it even worse. It takes a small miracle for any Southern or Midwestern team to be discussed on a wide level.
