Winter Olympics 2014: TV schedule for men’s and women’s hockey

We are but 29 days from the first puck being dropped in Sochi for the women's hockey tournament. Four days later, the men (led by mostly NHLers) will get revved up. I'm already so overexcited for this that I can't wait for it to be over.

The networks of NBC Universal will televise pretty much everything from the hockey tournament. NBCSN will also air a "Hockey Game of the Day" every evening at 6 p.m. ET. Anything that isn't televised (i.e. a few women's games) will be streamed on NBCOlympics.com. With that, we give you the TV schedules for both tournaments.

For the men's tournament, NBC will air the Gold Medal Game live in all time zones. NBCSN will broadcast 14 matches, including all of Team USA's preliminary matchups as well as most of the knockout games, leading up to their final broadcast, the Bronze Medal Game. USA Network will air eight games, including every Team Canada preliminary match, as well as a quarterfinal. MSNBC will televise the remaining seven games, including one quarterfinal.
