When Craig Custance of ESPN asked a group of NHL players to name the top-3 players they’d start a franchise with, it was easy to predict which names would appear at the top. Sidney Crosby led the way while other stars such as Jonathan Toews, Shea Weber, Tuukka Rask and Steven Stamkos rounding out the top-5.

Claude Giroux broke the mold with an interesting answer and picked … Claude Giroux.
