If you think Carey Price has forgotten the little transgression that Chris Kreider caused two years ago, you would be sadly mistaken. I am of course referring to Kreider’s breakaway that ended the Canadiens’ Cup chances and ended Price’s season. I am sure this memory is still pretty fresh in his mind.
Kreider, who is gaining himself quite a reputation around the league, also gets stared down by Price for his troubles. These are Prices’ thoughts on the matter:
Price on Kreider
Q: Accidentally on purpose?
CP: I didn't know it was him.
Q: Even when you were staring at him?

He knows what he did and is now playing coy. This is just another wrinkle in the now burgeoning rivalry between the Rangers and Canadiens. I’m excited to see where it goes next.
