Breaking down the Colorado Avalanche’s week ahead

The Colorado Avalanche, after three straight seasons of failing to qualify for postseason play, rushed to a 52 win season last year and won their Division for the first time in a decade.  However, the Avalanche would be eliminated in seven games to the Minnesota Wild in the Western Conference semifinals.  Coming into this season, Colorado was expected to be a player in the Western Conference, but so far have gotten off to a rough start as they come into tonight’s game against Washington with a 6-8-5 record.  However, the Avalanche are coming off two straight wins as they hope to turn their season around.  Here’s a preview of what’s to come for Avalanche tickets in the secondary market.
