Equal Get-In Prices For Semifinal and Final of NCAA Frozen Four Tournament

The Frozen Four has been set.  The four best remaining teams in NCAA Collegiate Hockey have made their way through the tournament.  On Thursday, April 9th at the TD Garden in Boston, two games will take place.  To start off the Frozen Four, Providence and Nebraska Omaha will face off on the ice, followed by the home team—Boston University—facing North Dakota.

The first matchup will pit two teams that many thought would not make it this far in the tournament.  This is the first time that Omaha has ever made it to the Frozen Four in program history.  Their roster features 18 underclassmen, making them a rather inexperienced squad in comparison to the other remaining teams.  Omaha made it this far by beating the Harvard Crimson 4-1.  They then went on to blow out Rochester Institute of Technology by a score of 4-1.  Their sophomore star is Austin Ortega.  The sophomore scored a record 11 game winning goals this season.  Providence enters this game coming off of a 4-1 win over Denver.  They were one of the last teams to earn a spot in the tournament, and got a good draw being drawn into the Eastern Regional.  They have an excellent balance of attacking power and defensive skill.  Their goaltender Jon Gillies is a two-time Mike Richter Award nominee, and considered one of the best in the nation.  They have also scored 11 goals so far in two games, making them a lethal attacking team.

The second game features the phenomenal freshman Jack Eichel.  The freshman has scored 24 goals and earned 43 assists this season.  He is one of nine rookies that play for the Terriers.  On the other hand, North Dakota has just three freshmen that contribute and have six senior players to the two of Boston University.  North Dakota is full of experience and has won the Western Regional two years in a row.  With 14 of their players drafted into the NHL, they have a clear experience advantage over the hometown team.  It has been two years since the Terriers made it into the NCAA Tournament, but Eichel could be the decisive factor in taking down the experienced North Dakota team.
