The green room invites have been announced for this year's NBA draft. These are the players who sit immediately in front of the stage trying not to look nervous, and then get the iconic handshake with commissioner David Stern once they've been picked.
Thirteen players have been invited. This typically means that the vast majority will be lottery picks. The farthest a green room player fell in the past two drafts were 17th in 2012 and 18th in 2011.
