Wiggins, Embiid, Parker Skipping NBA Draft Combine

In what shouldn’t be a surprise to many, the top 3 ranked prospects in the 2014 NBA Draft are skipping the combine, via a report from ESPN’s Jeff Goodman. Parker and Embiid announced that they would be skipping the combine earlier today, with Wiggins following suit tonight.

It should come as no surprise that they are all going to miss the combine: with those three (presumably) far above any other prospect on teams’ boards, they could only be hurt by the combine.

I’ll have a full NBA Draft big board of sorts out in the near future, but as of now Embiid is the top ranked player on my board. This year’s combine will run Thursday and Friday in Chicago.
