The Miami Dolphins sit on a 1-4 record after losing to the Tennessee Titans in 30-17 fashion.
Cameron Wake isn’t too happy about it.
In a colorful (well, kind of) comparison told to Tim Reynolds of the Associated Press, Wake explained what the losses feel like:
Cam Wake, on losses: "Poop still tastes the same, I’m sure, no matter if it’s the first time you’ve had it or the fifth time or seventh."

“Same pain. Same disgust,” Wake said, according to Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post. “Same fury. It boils inside you. It doesn’t get any easier. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced it too many times. I want to win. Poop still tastes the same, no matter if it was the first time you tasted it.”
“I can assure you I’m frustrated, guys are disappointed and frankly, pissed off,” Wake said. “Uncomfortable with this feeling. Because with the kind of guys we have, this should not be happening.”
Wake has every right to be angry and throw around such comparisons—Miami’s only win of the season came against the Cleveland Browns.
If Wake and the Dolphins want to turn it around, the journey starts next week against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
And if the Dolphins fail, we’ll probably get more outstanding quotes that likely serve as a way to describe displeasure with the coaching staff and front office.
