Cardale Jones wants Ezekiel Elliott to pay up

Ezekiel Elliott just signed his rookie contract with the Dallas Cowboys and got paid big. The deal is reportedly worth $24.9 million, according to Todd Archer of ESPN.com, and includes a signing bonus of $16.3 million.

We’ve all seen when athletes get rewarded with big contracts, their friends come calling. Everyone wants a piece of the pie. That’s exactly what happened to Elliott, as former teammate Cardale Jones reached out and made sure to remind him about the money he’s owed.

But Elliott is an honorable guy, not a welcher. Jones is getting his five dollars and then some!

Kudos to Elliott for making good on his word.
