Washington Redskins wide receiver DeSean Jackson finally ran into an obstacle that stopped him.
Earlier in the week, Jackson went on a rant about how no cornerback in the league could stop him. It read as follows:
“I don’t think no one can guard me,” Jackson said, via ESPN. “It’s how I feel about myself. I don’t feel no one can stop me. You can get Darrelle Revis, Richard Sherman — whoever you want to get.”
Enter the blocking sled.
Jackson participated in one-on-one drills during practice on Thursday, and on one particular play, he ran into a blocking sled finishing off his route.
According to reports, Jackson suffered a separated shoulder and will be out a few weeks.

Maybe Jackson will focus on rehabbing now, rather than calling out some of the league’s top cornerbacks.
