Edwin Encarnacion crushes home run to lift Jays over Orioles

Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Edwin Encarnacion hit a three-run moon shot in the bottom of the 11th inning on Tuesday night to help his team advance to the ALDS and face the Rangers.

The Orioles, for some reason, elected not to have lights-out closer Zach Britton pitch, as it seemed like manager Buck Showalter was saving him.

Instead, Ubaldo Jimenez came in to pitch, and this was the result.

The home run traveled 440 feet, and the Jays will now travel to Arlington to face the Rangers, in a repeat of the 2015 ALDS.
