Kobe Bryant trolls Lakers at ESPYs for awful record

The Los Angeles Lakers finished their 2015-16 campaign with an abysmal 17-65 record, the worst in franchise history. It’s one thing for the 76ers to sport a 10-72 mark, which is awful, but it’s not as big of a shock for them to lose that many games as it is for the Lakers.

Even Kobe Bryant, who won five championships with the team, had some fun at the team’s expense at the ESPY Awards on Wednesday night.

Kobe accepted the Icon Award with Abby Wambach and Peyton Manning, and poked fun at how he elected to retire after the worst season in Lakers history, while the other two athletes went out on top with championship wins.

Gotta love Kobe’s sense of humor.
