It’s been 25 years since Seinfeld aired its first episode. And the Brooklyn Cyclones, the New York Mets AAA affiliate, hosted “Salute to Seinfeld Night” as their tribute to the “show about nothing.”
The team wore “puffy shirts” before the game.

They also gave away Keith Hernandez bobbleheads to the fans in attendance (pictured above). And the stadium was packed for the big event.

Unfortunately, the game got a bit out of reach for the Cyclones, who trailed 16-0 in the fifth inning. Mercy rule, anyone?
