Report: FSU and Alabama will meet to start 2017 college football season

Seminoles athletic director Stan Wilcox told a group of Seminoles boosters at a Board of Directors meeting in Charleston, S.C., on Friday that the game is set and although a contract has not been signed an agreement was in place. The game is expected to be played in the new stadium that will serve as the home of the Atlanta Falcons, which is scheduled to open in 2017.
