One of the better “listicles” (list-centric articles) from the past week was Sunday night’s entry by Pat Forde of Yahoo! Sports, a differerent kind of “preaseason top 25.” Forde offered a list of the 25 most interesting coaches heading into the 2014 season. You’ll find a lot of the usual suspects in the piece. Among the coaches Forde placed in the top six, the two best selections are the central figures in the battle for Los Angeles, Jim Mora of UCLA and Steve Sarkisian of USC.
