Biggest Fallers: The Eagles (-7). The unlikely implosion continues in Philadelphia with a stunning loss to San Francisco. This is a team in complete crisis, with even a great game by Vick unable to save them.
Biggest Risers: the Titans (+8). A truly impressive showing against an admittedly poor opponent, considering that they had lost Kenny Britt for the season. Matt Hasselbeck is a new man behind this offensive line.
