Dez Bryant drops agent Drew Rosenhaus

Drew Rosenhaus will not be representing Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant according to CBS Sports.

While the paperwork remains to be filed, Dez Bryant has informed the team that Eugene Parker will be his new representative. Parker is the agent Bryant entered the league with before making the switch to Rosenhaus.

It's not immediately clear why Bryant made the change back to Parker. My speculation is that it is in an effort to clean up his image. Drew Rosenhaus, while terrific at securing big deals for big name clients, isn't the most personable guy to represent a player.

If nothing else, Dez Bryant will be able to avoid the type of PR disaster that Terrell Owens experienced with Drew Rosenhaus in the "next question" incident.
