Joe Namath doesn’t want Tim Tebow to succeed

Joe Namath is one of the most controversial characters in the history of the NFL. He kept that going tonight with this tweet as Tim Tebow got ready to take the field against the New York Giants.

Mark Sanchez had an interesting night against the Giants. The Jets weren't able to put together a scoring drive with Sanchez on the field. While he was able to complete 9 of his 11 passes, those completions were only good for 59 yards, and one of his incompletions resulted in an interception.

I think Albert Breer may have said it best.

Regardless of how the Jets brass feels about Tebow, it appears that Joe Namath isn't exactly on the Tim Tebow bandwagon just yet.
