The South Florida Sun Sentinel reports that a warrant for Chad Johnson's arrest has been issued after Johnson failed to report to his probation officer.
Johnson received probation after pleading no contest to the charges resulting from the alleged head butt. Him and Evelyn Lozada have since divorced.
While it's a rough way to end a career, it is likely that this is the last we'll hear of Chad Johnson.
