Without any major setback, it seems almost certain that Robert Griffin III will be ready to go for week 1 of the regular season. The fact that we're talking about his training camp status seems to indicate just that.
Somebody very involved on the medical side, said the exact time/location to clear/not clear RG3 hasn't been planned yet. #Redskins

Chris Russell of ESPN 980 sent the above tweet out, saying that the Redskins haven't made any deadlines in determining Griffin's training camp status.
To this point, nearly all reports have indicated that Griffin is doing better than anyone within the Redskins organization could have hoped. If those reports hold true, it would seem that Griffin will have no problem passing any medical examination, and there's a good chance he'll be ready for the start of training camp.
The Redskins will, however, almost certainly take their time with Griffin in camp. He's not only one of the best young quarterbacks in the league, he also carries the weight of the franchise on his back. He'll likely see very limited playing time in preseason action, probably not seeing the field until the third or fourth preseason game.
