1. Richard Sherman, CB, Seattle Seahawks

He’s the best cover corner in the game and a big reason why that defense is so good.

2. Joe Staley, T, San Francisco 49ers

He’s made the Pro Bowl the last four years and has been rock solid. He stacks up against any tackle in the league.

3. Marshawn Lynch, RB, Seattle Seahawks

The game hasn’t seen a runner this powerful, fast and relentless in a long time.

4. Robert Quinn, DE, St. Louis Rams

His production dropped last year from 19 sacks in 2013 to 10.5 in 2014 but he’s still explosive and very productive. If Chris Long can return to health it will help him play even better.

5. Patrick Peterson, CB, Arizona Cardinals

His play dipped a bit last year but he’s still one of the league’s best. In any other division he’s clearly the best corner.

6. Earl Thomas, S, Seattle Seahawks

Elite playmaker, terrific tackler, and closes on the football like few can.

7. Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks

Becoming a top tier quarterback with each passing start. May soon be the highest paid player in league history.

8. Calais Campbell, DE, Arizona Cardinals

He finally made his first Pro Bowl but he’s been an underrated player for a long time now. A complete defensive end that does it all.

9. Kam Chancellor, S, Seattle Seahawks

He’s the enforcer of that defense laying as devastating of a hit and you’ll see in the NFL.

10. Aaron Donald, DT, St. Louis Rams

He narrowly edges Michael Bennett and Bobby Wagner of the Seahawks for the 10th spot with his incredible rookie season. Anytime an interior player gets 9 sacks and almost 50 tackles, it shows he’s truly special.
