We list the options in order of best to “least-best” option (with the strongest recommendations starting at the top). We also include last week’s suggestions and full season results. Points are based on default Yahoo! settings. These recommendations also work for those of you who play in daily/weekly leagues on sites like FanDuel and DraftKings as they are cheap options that allow you to spend more money on the premium positions instead.
Last week, we recommended Tampa Bay, a defense few would trifle with. They ended up rattling off 14 fantasy points last week despite allowing 31 against Jacksonville. This week, we have… uh, more things that are cheap. Getcha dollar bills ready:

1 – Tennessee Titans vs. MIA
The Titans are averaging over three sacks a game and have allowed an average of under 190 yards per game through the air. The Dolphins are a team in flux, whose offense has struggled mightily this year. I’ll take it.
