Golden State Warriors big man Draymond Green visited his old stomping grounds, East Lansing, over the weekend, and he reportedly ran into a heckler outside a bar there on Saturday night.
TMZ Sports reported that Green reached his tipping point and slapped the man, but there was a police officer in the vicinity and he saw it happen.
Green was then arrested and booked for misdemeanor assault, and video of the arrest is now being circulated.
Green’s probably still a bit testy from the disappointing loss to the Cavs in the NBA Finals, so it wasn’t a good idea to poke the bear.
