Automatic Otto Rankings: Week 12

5- Derek Carr, Raiders (last week: NR)

Carr picked apart the Tennessee Titans in Week 12, throwing for 330 yards and three touchdowns, including the game winner with 1:21 left to play.

4-  Ryan Fitzpatrick, Jets (last week: NR)

The NY Jets ended a two game losing streak, defeating the Miami Dolphins 38-20, thanks to four touchdown passes from The Fitz. No. 14 has given the Jets stability at QB and has New York in a dead heat for a Wild Card spot.

3- Matthew Stafford, Lions (last week: NR)

Matthew Stafford looked like his old self on Thanksgiving, shredding the Philadelphia Eagles secondary to the tune of 337 yards and five touchdown passes. Detroit has won three games in a row after starting the season 1-7.

2- Russell Wilson, Seahawks (last week: NR)

Russell Wilson led Seattle to a huge win over Pittsburgh, putting the Seahawks over the .500 mark for the first time all season. Wilson finished 21 of 30 for 345 yards and five touchdowns as Seattle outdueled the Steelers 39-30.

1- Brock Osweiler, Broncos (last week: 5)

In just his second career start, Brock Osweiler went up against the best QB of this generation, and won. Brock wasn’t spectacular, but he was efficient, and hung in tough against a New England defense that knocked around the new Broncos starting QB for the rest of the year.

After trailing for almost 58 minutes in regulation, Osweiler tossed a 4-yard touchdown pass to Andre Caldwell, putting Denver up 24-21 with 1:09 left to play. In overtime, he completed his only attempt- a 7 yard completion setting up a 3rd and 1 from the Pats 48 yard line. On the very next play, C.J. Anderson took a sweep the rest of the way, as the Broncos knocked off the undefeated Patriots in OT, 30-24.

Brock is the 1 behind 1 in 10-1 for the New England Patriots, and for that, he takes the top spot in the Otto’s for Week 12.
