Draymond Green kicked Andre Roberson in the Face (video)

The Golden State Warriors’ Draymond Green might have a future in MMA.

Already in hot water for kicking Steven Adams of the Golden State Warriors in the groin but somehow avoiding a suspension, one would think Green had a mind to chill out with the violent moves.

Or not.

During Golden State’s 120-111 vicotry in Game 5 to stay alive, Green delivered a vicious kick to Andre Roberson’s chin:

Accidental?

Iffy, especially because that wasn’t the only occurence of happy legs by Green:

Leg Flailing might be the popular term here.

Either way, Green isn’t going to get away with such antics for long. He’s under the microscope now and his continued willingness to push what the NBA will ignore could wind up hurting the Warriors. And sure, over-analyzing Green’s legs every game will get old, but at some point the flailing will get out of hand.

If and how the NBA keeps the kicks to a minimum remains to be seen. Until then, Green’s unorthodox play will remain a topic.
