LISTEN: Kelly pranked by Patriots fans after firing

Former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly is having a bad week. Not only was he fired by team owner Jeffrey Lurie, but just hours later, was pranked by Patriots fans who had nothing better to do with their time.

The group of Patriots fans say they called Kelly on the phone shortly after he was fired, and he actually answered the call. While it may seem far-fetched that they were able to track him down and get his phone number, nothing is really private in this day and age, and from listening to the call, it certainly sounded like Kelly’s voice.

You be the judge.

The Youtube description from the original poster describes exactly how it all went down:

“So this girl we were with last night… Worked at portsmouth country club in new hampshire. Kelly is from new hampshire. He was a 3 day guest there, and she was kinda like an assistant for him while he was there,” the poster said. “She said one night him and his buddies were wasted and said here take my phone number in case you lose me.”

Real or fake? Sounds like Kelly’s voice to me, and the reaction he had shortly after being fired certainly seemed legit.
