Is Victor Oladipo Nearing a Magic Return?

Victor Oladipo might be running up and down the Amway Center floor a little sooner than originally anticipated.

Head coach Jacque Vaughn announced at this morning’s shootaround that Oladipo had been upgraded from “out” to “questionable”.

The second year guard returned to practice while the team was in Toronto and he has been cleared by doctors.  Oladipo has been out since October 23rd with a facial fracture he sustained in practice prior to the start of the regular season.

Following surgery, speculation originally put a month timeline on his return.  Per this Sentinel report, when Oladipo does suit back up, he will be doing so with a protective mask, not unlike the masks worn by players with similar injuries in the past.

Orlando takes on the Milwaukee Bucks tonight at home at 7:00.
