2013-14 Season: NJ Devils @ Dallas Stars

Game 54: New Jersey Devils @ Dallas Stars

Devils (22-21-11, 55 pts)

In the first meeting this season, Corey Schneider put up a shutout of the Stars in a 1-0 win. They’ve played .500 hockey since that game back on Jan. 9 and enter tonight on a two-game losing streak.

The main players to watch for are the two former Stars, Jaromir Jagr and Michael Ryder. Ryder scored the lone goal in the previous game between the two.

NJ has no real injury problems to deal with.

Stars (24-21-8, 56 pts)

Dallas finally dropped a game with their loss to the Avs but they’re still playing great hockey. Tyler Seguin finally broke his goalless drought and Jamie Benn has been on fire. The two will need to make waves tonight once again if Dallas wants to win this game.

Kari Lehtonen should get the nod again. Stephane Robidas is the only guy out with injury issues.
