Now that Brock Osweiler is making big bucks, Emmanuel Sanders wants his former quarterback to buy him a Lamborghini.
Sanders suggested to Hannah Storm on ESPN that the fancy car would ease the pain of losing both Osweiler and Peyton Manning this offseason.
Osweiler, Sanders’ former teammate with the Broncos, signed a four-year, $72 million contract with the Texans this offseason. Sanders claimed that he helped make Osweiler rich by catching a lot of his passes.
Sanders did catch a season-high 10 passes from Osweiler in a 34-27 loss at Pittsburgh in Week 15. He also caught eight passes twice from Peyton Manning and nine passes once from Manning.
Of course, Sanders is entering a contract year. If he can provide enough help for whoever ends up quarterbacking the Broncos in 2016, maybe he can get that “Lambo” himself.
