Last night’s GOP debate was great entertainment, no matter which side (if any) of the political aisle you are on.  But with the debate taking place in such a great and tortured sports town like Cleveland, we couldn’t help but think of some of the great sports debates of our time that the candidates could have answered for us.  (For that matter, how no candidate sought out a hometown pop for giving a shout out to Matthew Dellavedova is beyond me.)

So for the next go-round, here are the ten sports debate questions we finally need answers to.

10) Are quarterbacks allowed to wear their hats backward?

9) Should Notre Dame be forced to join a conference?

8) Is Moneyball a winning strategy?

7) Should Pete Rose be let in the Hall of Fame?

6) Has soccer made it in the US?

5) Could Kentucky beat the 76ers?

4) Could Alabama beat anyone else in western civilization?

3) Brady or Manning?

2) Is Tiger Woods BACK?

1) Is Joe Flacco an elite quarterback?

Wait… that one was actually covered on MSNBC last night.

Tell me you’d vote against a Trump/PFT Commenter ticket.  Go ahead.  I dare you.
