Oooh yeah! “Macho Man” Randy Savage is continuing to have a pretty great year.
In March, the former WWE Superstar was (finally) inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. A few months later, his brief minor league baseball career was recognized and celebrated by The Hall of Very Good. And, now, he’s taking a stab at running for president.
Well…almost.
Wednesday, the Statement of Candidacy paperwork was filed for “Ghost of Macho Man Randy Savage” and, officially, the longtime grappler (or, rather…his ghost) was a registered candidate and ready to take on Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders for the right to represent the Democrats in the upcoming 2016 election. Now, while I’m not entirely sure what the “Preservation of Madness” committee stands for (other than the obvious), I know who would get my vote.
