It’s always great to see athletes rally together for a good cause, and that’s what some Seattle Seahawks players did on Tuesday.
The Seahawks participated in an event created by Pete Carroll’s community initiative, A Better Seattle, and became guest baristas for an hour on Tuesday afternoon, according to the team’s official website.
Bobby Wagner, Ricardo Lockette, Cliff Avril, Brock Coyle, Garry Gilliam, Derrick Coleman and Cooper Helfet all showed up at a Starbucks location in Seattle to serve coffee to customers.
All in all, the event was a success, as customers seemed happy and Starbucks donated $75,000 to A Better Seattle.

The Seahawks are 0-2, and have plenty of work still to be done if they want to return to the Super Bowl. But for now, it’s great to see players taking some time on their day off to give back to the community.
