The Denver Broncos did something on Sunday night that no NFL team had been able to accomplish so far this season: They defeated the Green Bay Packers. Not only did they hand the NFC’s best team its first loss of the year, but they did it by holding quarterback Aaron Rodgers to only 77 passing yards in the 29-10 victory.

Defensive coordinator Wade Phillips concocted the perfect gameplan to slow down Rodgers, and the league’s top-ranked defense executed perfectly. They held the Packers to just 167 total yards, while producing 500 yards of offense themselves.

Maybe that’s why Phillips decided to have some fun at the Packers’ expense. He took to Twitter after the game and posted the following tweet:

As we know, chicken parm is Peyton Manning’s trademark dish, as he sings about it in his Nationwide Insurance commercials. However, Phillips might need to check his facts next time, as chicken parmesan is already topped with cheese, as it’s a staple of the dish. Everyone eats their chicken parm with cheese.

Still, Phillips has plenty of reasons to brag. The Broncos are 7-0 for the first time since the 1997 season, when they won Super Bowl XXXII.
