Former Saints defensive coordinator Rob Ryan joined NFL Network to help with Sunday’s pregame coverage, and he, of course, said something controversial.
Ryan couldn’t just come on set and provide analysis like other guys. No, instead, he had to make a poor joke about Hurricane Katrina.
Things started off okay, when Ryan made a joke about how Washington turned the Saints bye week into his bye-bye week.
But then he followed that up with a joke that he probably shouldn’t have made.
“Everything in New Orleans is blamed on me, including Katrina.”
It even made Rich Eisen do a face palm.
