Odell Beckham Jr. basically needs just one hand to catch touchdown passes.
The Giants’ stud receiver did it again Sunday, reaching out with his left hand and then bringing in the right hand to haul in an Eli Manning pass for a 21-yard touchdown against the Redskins with five minutes left in the game.
Beckham’s catch narrowed the Giants’ deficit to 20-14 and provided hope for an unlikely comeback. The Giants trailed the Redskins 20-0 early in the fourth quarter on a day when Eli Manning threw three interceptions.
But the Giants didn’t get the ball back until there were 19 seconds left and the Redskins hung on for the victory, tying the Giants atop the NFC East. Both teams are 5-6.
And another legendary Beckham catch has come in a losing effort.
