Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson found out Friday that even as good as Steph Curry is, he still shows flashes of being human from time to time. And he learned the hard way.
Thompson began celebrating Curry’s “shot” from behind the three-point arc and started to walk away before it even left his hands during the team’s game against the Mavs. The problem is that he didn’t shoot, and instead dished the ball to Thompson, who wasn’t expecting it, and turned the ball over out of bounds as a result.
Whoops.
Don’t expect Curry to pass up that open look again, like ever.
