LeBron James sat out Tuesday night’s game against the Rockets but was still quite active on the sideline.
James was standing for a good chunk of the game, and at one point late in the second quarter, he even played the role of head coach for a bit.
LeBron was standing on the sideline and actually stepped foot on the court at one point, when he shouted out some directions to his teammates. That must have been awkward for head coach Tyronn Lue, who was pointing and also yelling at the Cavs players.
James never would’ve tried that when David Blatt was coaching the team, but he had no problems doing it with the 38-year-old Lue just feet away from him.
Some will say we’re making too much of this but it’s not something you’ll see an NBA player do. James just pretty much does whatever he wants.
